Job Summary:

The Change and Transformation Lead provides change management leadership for a suite of service offerings within the Faculty of Medicine’s IT unit – Digital Solutions. The Change & Transformation Lead provides strategic leadership and advice to Faculty of Medicine management and directly oversees change management processes and practices related to Digital Solutions projects and services. Incumbent contributes to a strategic team that promotes the adoption of Digital services in support of the Faculty’s strategic goals and benefit realization.

This position reports to the Manager, Governance, Strategy & Planning, assisting with strategic thinking and leading change and transformation practice. The position has extensive contact with other departments and groups within the Faculty of Medicine and the UBC community.
