Regional Workplace Operations Manager

Lead workplace operations across the Americas from Burnaby, using facilities expertise and AI-enabled tools to strengthen regional service delivery.

Infoblox seeks a Regional Manager, Workplace - Americas for its Workplace Operations & Events team. This senior role oversees facilities, workplace services, employee engagement, health and safety, and events across the United States, Canada, and Latin America. You will build a scalable operating model through cross-functional partnerships.

• Manage workplace priorities, operating plans, service expectations, and escalations
• Oversee facilities, security, access, reception, amenities, and virtual environments
• Coordinate projects, budgets, vendors, inspections, continuity, and regional EHS
• Implement processes, dashboards, technology, automation, and AI-enabled use cases
• Lead team members and coordinate inclusive engagement and events programs

• 12+ years in workplace operations, facilities, real estate, or related functions
• Experience managing multiple locations, countries, or distributed regional portfolios
• Knowledge of facilities, vendors, projects, budgets, EHS, and continuity
• Experience with workplace, service-management, collaboration, analytics, or reporting tools
• Bachelor’s degree; relevant master’s degree or certifications are a plus
