Aboutthis team
Inbound logistics Global origin team oversees Global Transportation from manufacturing factory locations in Asia, EMEA and LATAM to distribution centers worldwide including North America, Europe, and Asia. The goal is to ensure every shipment is handed over at origins on schedule, booked to depart from origin, and hits our DCs on time for our business needs.
Core responsibilities- Be responsible for the On Time Performance of assigned origins towards our DCs
- Familiarize with daily operations out of Asia origins with all ship modes
- Be accountable for PO predictability and handle end-to-end process from factory handover to arrival estimation within our DCs
- Ensure an effective shipping order and approval process to achieve OTP
- Stay up to date with carrier vessel schedule and industry trends, and leverage this knowledge to drive transportation lead time optimization
- Communicate with Production team to understand the production schedule and capacity to ensure the vendor can deliver the right product on time, escalating potential issues if needed
- Work closely with vendors on lululemon production and logistics policies, processes and IT systems, applying this within internal timelines
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to enhance daily freight efficiencies and support initiatives
- Be organized and responsible, able to respond to changes accordingly
- Understand origin spend and localized export procedures
- Advise and mitigate risks from changing market situations
- Coordinate and support performance reviews with vendors and service providers
- 2-3+ years of working experience within logistics operations in a multinational company
- University graduate in logistics management or related disciplines preferred
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office and Outlook);
Excel skills (VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables) essential; experience with MS Excel, Power BI, Tradestone, E2open and GTNexus - Understanding of retail environment and international transportation
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Experience in the production field with logistics passion is a plus

Compensation and benefits packagelululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $66, annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards, permanent employees may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
