Assistant Production Supervisor

We're looking for a hands‑on Assistant Production Supervisor with strong analytical skills. The role will involve production, warehouse and maintenance tasks.

• Assist in the management of production personnel.
• Ensure maximum utilization of equipment and production team.
• Provide insight and input to any issues from production department.
• Enforcement of and adherence to all company policies and procedures is required.
• Provide regular updates to management on progress of production.
• Ensure compliance of production with administrative policies, standard operating procedures, safety rules, and government regulations.
• Evaluate current production processes and introduce recommended improvements.
• Assist in investigations to verify and resolve all customer complaints and inquiries.
• Work in a hybrid position: production planning, ERP/MRP duties (50%) as well as hands on assembly, testing and general warehouse duties (50%).

• Strong operational experience, (supervisory experience is an asset).
• Proven ability to motivate.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Microsoft Office, ERP / MRP computer system knowledge required.
• Entrepreneurial attitude, professional presence able to work in a team environment as well alone.
• Self‑motivated, ambitious and results oriented.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and reasoning abilities.
• Hydraulics knowledge or experience in a mechanical assembly & production environment is an asset
• Forklift license / experience considered an asset.
