This hands-on position demands collaboration with other team members and adherence to GMP and Good Documentation Practices. Key tasks include operating production equipment, weighing materials, and generating necessary documentation. Flexibility is important, as the job may involve late evenings or weekends based on production needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and set up production equipment

• Follow written procedures to ensure GMP compliance

• Weigh and prepare raw materials for manufacturing

• Keep accurate production records

• Work on GMP document generation with support teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in life science or equivalent field

• Effective communication skills for teamwork

• Ability to work flexible shifts

• Capable of lifting and transporting 25-30 lbs

• Familiarity with SAP or GMP systems is beneficial
