Role Overview

Aritzia is expanding its Production team, presenting a unique opportunity to help deliver finished goods that meet high standards of quality, timely delivery, and cost‑effective production. The Senior Associate/Associate, Production supports the team in ensuring precise allocation, strategic negotiation, and seamless execution of production plans.

• Understand the assortment and business to build a production plan that accelerates growth.
• Support the team in developing high‑quality products against defined standards using industry leading practices.
• Negotiate to secure the best production lead‑times without compromising quality.
• Negotiate to secure the best production margins without compromising quality or lead‑times.
• Ensure world‑class execution, delivering high quality, timely, and cost‑effective products.

• Proven skills, certifications, education, and/or experience in production.
• Comfort and/or interest in order management technology (PLM, ERP).
• Commitment to learning and applying Aritzia’s Values, Business, and People Leadership principles.
• Ability to collaborate fluently with cross‑functional partners.
• Commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business.

At Aritzia, compensation is market‑leading and performance‑based. The range for this level is $50,000–$150,000 per year, with total compensation potentially greater, including base, bonus, and/or equity.
