• Draft electrical concepts leveraging BIM workflows and LOD Matrix
• Ensure model integrity adheres to contractual standards
• Address code compliance through project workflows
• Mentor colleagues and facilitate training sessions
• Collaborate on BIM model development with teams

• Bachelor’s degree in Building Services or similar
• Over 3 years of experience in electrical design
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit and coordination tools
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and drive initiatives
