Arups Electrical division is seeking a Lead Designer to drive key electrical design initiatives. You will utilize building information modeling to ensure accuracy and compliance of project models.
Your role includes mentoring team members, conducting effective training sessions, and developing digital inception plans that align with project goals.
Key Responsibilities Draft electrical concepts leveraging BIM workflows and LOD Matrix
Ensure model integrity adheres to contractual standards
Address code compliance through project workflows
Mentor colleagues and facilitate training sessions
Collaborate on BIM model development with teams
Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Building Services or similar
Over 3 years of experience in electrical design
Proficient in Autodesk Revit and coordination tools
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work independently and drive initiatives
