Position: Production Technician at Ballard

Your role includes operating production machinery, conducting routine maintenance, and reporting on non-conforming materials. This position requires strong attention to detail and compliance with quality control measures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manufacture fuel cell components using established processes

• Assemble and test fuel cell stacks according to specifications

• Operate and maintain production machinery effectively

• Report non-conforming parts and maintain quality standards

• Organize and analyze data relating to fuel cell modules

Requirements:

• High School diploma with 1-3 years manufacturing experience

• Strong mechanical skills and computer literacy

• Ability to thrive in a team-oriented, multicultural setting

• Ability to work rotational shifts and repetitive tasks

• Solid communication skills
