SummaryEbco Industries Ltd. is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist with Red Seal certification and a strong background in programming and operating DMG 5‑axis machines. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, excellent problem‑solving skills, and a passion for precision manufacturing.
Responsibilities- Set up and operate DMG 5‑axis CNC machines to produce complex components according to specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD models.
- Program CNC machines using G‑code and CAM software, ensuring optimal machining processes.
- Perform quality checks using precision measuring tools to ensure adherence to specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues, making adjustments as necessary.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and best practices.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance productivity.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in machining preferred.
- Red Seal certification as a CNC Machinist is required.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience operating CNC machines, specifically DMG 5‑axis machines.
- Proficient in programming CNC machines using G‑code and CAM software.
- Strong understanding of machining processes, tooling, and material properties.
- Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and technical drawings.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Salary: $45.06 - $46.21 per hour
