Production Site ManagerThe Plant Manager is responsible for overseeing daily food manufacturing operations to ensure safety, quality, efficiency, and production targets are achieved. This role leads plant teams, drives
continuous improvement initiatives, and ensures compliance with food safety and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities:Oversee daily plant operations, production schedules, and staffingEnsure compliance with food safety, quality, and workplace safety standardsMonitor production performance, costs, and operational efficienciesLead and develop production, maintenance, and warehouse teamsCoordinate with Quality, Supply Chain, and Maintenance to resolve issuesDrive continuous improvement and waste reduction initiativesSupport audits, inspections, and regulatory compliance activitiesRequirements:5+ years of leadership experience in food manufacturing operationsStrong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and food safety regulationsExperience managing production teams and plant performance metricsExcellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentPost-secondary education in Operations, Engineering, Food Science, or related field preferredSalary open to experience level.
