Sample Operations Specialist

Position: Sample Operations Specialist - Hybrid Role
Become a pivotal part of lululemon as a Senior Sample Operations Specialist. Lead sample production improvements and optimize efficiency within the Internal Use Product program.

This role entails overseeing vital sample management processes that support business objectives and require thorough oversight from material development to garment execution. You’ll collaborate with various teams to enhance efficiencies and foster strong cross-functional relationships. Your contributions will be key to maintaining lululemon’s commitment to innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage two critical pre-bulk sample initiatives

• Oversee GLF Colour Sample execution process

• Handle global Brand Marketing sample ordering

• Troubleshoot issues with cross-functional partners

• Create and maintain SOPs for Sample Operations

Requirements:

• 5-8 years' experience in operations within apparel

• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI and Excel

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

• Experience with apparel production lifecycle is preferred
