This temporary Assembly role spans up to six months and reports to the Manufacturing Manager. You will work with cutting-edge vanadium flow batteries, handling complex sub-assemblies and ensuring safety. Your attention to detail and ability to follow precise work instructions will be key in this hands-on position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform pre-assembly and segregation of subcomponents
• Assemble complex multi-layer sub-assemblies efficiently
• Operate a 50-tonne press with provided training
• Inspect materials for quality assurance and precision
• Work from engineering drawings and detailed instructions
Requirements:
• Manufacturing experience in a fast-paced setting preferred
• Ability to follow complex work instructions accurately
• Understanding of safe work practices in assembly
• Manual dexterity and visual acuity for detail work
• English fluency for effective communication
