As the Operations Supervisor, you will manage approximately 70 employees in a pork processing facility.
Your role focuses on production operations, continuous improvement, and compliance with FSQA regulations. With a strong emphasis on team development and employee relations, you will drive operational success while fostering a safe and motivating workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily production operations and team performance
• Implement safety programs and ensure employee training
• Maintain compliance with HACCP and safety standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for process improvements
• Direct sanitation and maintenance operations
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Food Science or related field
• 5-7 years of leadership in food manufacturing
• Knowledge of GMPs and USDA regulations
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to manage tasks in a high-speed environment
