We are seeking an organized and proactive Production Coordinator to support the successful execution of apparel orders from order confirmation through delivery.
The successful candidate will coordinate with internal teams, external manufacturing partners and service providers to maintain production schedules, track key milestones and ensure that issues are identified and addressed promptly.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain production timelines and critical-path schedules in TNA
- Track orders, samples, materials, approvals, testing and shipment milestones
- Coordinate regularly with manufacturing and supply-chain partners
- Maintain accurate order records, status reports and supporting documentation
- Follow up on outstanding information, approvals and action items
- Monitor production progress against agreed timelines
- Identify potential delays, quality concerns and delivery risks
- Coordinate corrective actions and elevate significant issues when required
- Support shipment readiness and related documentation
- Provide clear and timely updates to internal stakeholders
- Assist with resolving production and delivery-related issues
- Five or more years of experience in apparel production, sourcing, merchandising, supply‑chain coordination or a related function
- Familiarity with apparel development and production processes
- Experience coordinating with external suppliers or manufacturing partners
- Strong organizational, follow‑up and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and business‑tracking systems
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Familiar with working with mills in Asia and Americas
Success means maintaining accurate production visibility, keeping activities on schedule, identifying risks early and supporting the timely delivery of quality products.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of production experience
- Strong organizational and managerial skills
