Position: Production Coordinator for Apparel Projects
Take on a key role as a Production Coordinator, guiding apparel orders from confirmation through to delivery. We are looking for an organized individual who can uphold production schedules and facilitate communication across teams.

Your experience in apparel production will be essential as you track orders, manage multiple priorities, and engage with manufacturing partners. Collaboration with internal teams is critical to ensure all milestones are adhered to, resulting in successful and on-time apparel deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage production timelines in TNA

• Maintain accurate records of orders and shipments

• Ensure timely communication with supply-chain partners

• Monitor production progress and identify issues early

• Support shipment readiness and necessary documentation

Requirements:

• 5+ years of apparel sourcing or production experience

• Strong follow-up skills and organizational abilities

• Skilled in Microsoft Excel and business tracking systems

• Familiarity with mills in Asia and Americas

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
