About The Role
The successful candidate will already be a strong contributor to our production team and is trusted and respected by their teammates. This is an opportunity to play a vital support role across our manufacturing operations. We currently have one opening for the morning shift and one for the evening shift.
- In the near term (up to 30 days), focus on manual labour tasks, material handling, and assisting operators (Laser, Brake Press, Foam Injection) as needed.
- In the longer term (30+ days), the role will evolve to provide more dedicated responsibilities supporting equipment operators and production workflow.
- Business and operational needs will determine the exact pace of this transition.
- Perform material handling, pre‑ and post‑panel assembly to support day‑to‑day manufacturing operations
- Assist Laser, Brake Press, and Foam Injection operators with loading, unloading, and staging sheet metal, panels, and finished products
- Safely operate pump trucks, jib cranes, and lift devices to move material
- Support production by preparing work areas, organizing parts, and following job traveler instructions
- Ensure parts are handled and staged according to quality standards
- Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work area in line with 5S standards
- Participate in continuous improvement activities to support efficiency and workflow
- Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor or Team Lead
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production support role preferred
- Aptitude to communicate effectively with team members
- Strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and reliability
- Committed to safety in the workplace
- Professional, responsible, reliable, and positive attitude
- Ability to multitask and follow instructions accurately
- Capacity to lift up to 50 lbs and to stand or walk for extended periods of time

$24–27/hr
Location and Schedule- On‑site morning shift (6 am–2:30 pm) at 1575 Vernon Drive, Vancouver, BC V6A 3P8
- On‑site evening shift (2 pm–10:30 pm) at 1575 Vernon Drive, Vancouver, BC V6A 3P8 – onboarding and training will be during the morning shift for the first weeks of employment
