At Richardson International, we are seeking General Labourers for our North Vancouver facility. This role involves loading and unloading products, conducting heavy clean-up, and participating in operational training. Applicants should be eager to learn about grain handling techniques and work safely in an industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform heavy cleanup duties, including shoveling and vacuuming grain spills

• Load and unload products from rail cars and trucks

• Assist in training for rail yard and locomotive operations

• Operate equipment responsibly within safety parameters

• Support fellow team members with production tasks

Requirements:

• Minimum Grade 12 Diploma or G.E.D.

• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs

• Strong mechanical aptitude and computer skills

• Effective communication in a team environment

• Willingness to work flexible shifts including nights
