We are looking for three skilled Paint Line Operators to contribute to daily production operations at IMT Precision. Responsibilities include operating automated paint lines, ensuring high-quality standards, and performing necessary maintenance tasks. Successful candidates should demonstrate a keen eye for detail, safety awareness, and a willingness to adapt to rotating shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate the automated paint line safely and efficiently

• Clean and maintain spray guns and equipment

• Troubleshoot and monitor paint application processes

• Visually inspect parts to meet quality requirements

• Engage in cross-training for additional support

Requirements:

• Ontario Secondary School Diploma or equivalent

• Flexibility to work across all three shifts

• Ability to lift and stand for long periods

• High attention to detail and communication skills

• Basic proficiency in computer use for logging
