At Powell Canada, known for its excellence in switch gear and E-house manufacturing, we seek an Entry-Level Manufacturing Engineer. This role calls for a BS Degree in Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering and experience with Lean Manufacturing. You will evaluate existing manufacturing practices and research process improvements while working alongside established vendors and operators to implement solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and evaluate manufacturing processes thoroughly

• Develop and modify manufacturing methods and equipment

• Ensure product quality through testing and standards

• Analyze production costs to inform decision-making

• Maintain product databases and assist as needed

Requirements:

• BS in Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering

• 0-2 years experience in a manufacturing setting
