Night Shift SMT Operator at Creation

Step into the role of SMT Operator at Creation Technologies, working the night shift in British Columbia. This position focuses on setting up and programming SMT machinery to ensure quality in PCB assembly.

As an SMT Operator, you'll be responsible for operating various surface mount assembly equipment, including the setup of printers and pick and place machines.

You'll work with a strong emphasis on quality assurance, analyze operational error messages, and support other assembly tasks as required.

Your role is crucial in maintaining high standards and efficiency within the manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate SMT machinery for printed circuit assemblies

• Set up and program machine equipment accurately

• Analyze and correct machine error messages

• Maintain high-quality standards in all processes

• Document work in the shopfloor MES system

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent experience

• Previous SMT or electronics assembly experience

• Knowledge of IPC-A-610 standards

• Good communication skills in business English

• Ability to lift and move up to 40 lbs
