Welding Supervisor Position at Trailtech

Join Trailtech as a Welding Supervisor, where your expertise in GMAW can shine. Oversee the fabrication of trailers while ensuring high standards and safety practices.

This position requires reading blueprints and precise measurement readings to 1/32" for accurate fabrications. You will operate cranes, oxy-acetylene cutting tools, and perform basic repairs on welding equipment. A strong emphasis on planning and problem-solving is essential, along with a commitment to a clean workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the welding of flat deck trailers and components

• Read and interpret blueprints accurately

• Ensure OSHA weld quality standards are met

• Operate cutting equipment and perform minor repairs

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:

• Journeyman welder certification required

• Experience in R&D projects preferred

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly

• Familiarity with various welding equipment
