As a key member of the engineering team, you will refine production processes and lead the design of anode materials. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead optimization efforts for production line efficiency
• Develop comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Identify and resolve technical issues during manufacturing
• Drive process designs involving surface modification strategies
• Conduct root-cause analysis for battery performance issues
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience
• Strong background in anode materials synthesis
• Proficiency in manufacturing techniques like granulation
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Play a crucial role in evolving anode material processes in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
