Electronics SMT Operator at Creation Technologies

Creation Technologies is hiring an SMT Operator focused on high-quality PCB assembly. In this night shift role, you will set up and optimize SMT equipment and processes.

As an SMT Operator, you will operate and maintain various machines in the surface mount assembly line. Your duties include verifying setup instructions, analyzing machine errors, and assisting in compliance with quality assurance protocols. This role requires flexibility and a willingness to assist in other manufacturing areas as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive SMT equipment setup and operation

• Analyze error messages and implement solutions

• Maintain clean and compliant operational standards

• Support team efforts to reduce defects

• Document detailed processes in manufacturing systems

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous experience in electronics manufacturing preferred

• Knowledge of IPC – A – 610 standards is a plus

• Strong verbal communication skills in English

• Team-oriented with good organizational abilities
