In this critical role, you will lead production operations, aiming to meet safety, quality, and performance targets. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage change through Lean Six Sigma methodologies
• Coach and mentor line leaders for effective execution
• Establish robust governance for operational performance
• Identify opportunities for technology and capability improvements
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards
Requirements:
• Engineering degree or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years in hands-on maintenance
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• CPG industry experience with TPM and Lean tools
