In this critical role, you will merge artistic design with functional precision, overseeing all stages of technical product development. Collaborating with both internal teams and external partners, you will ensure that every garment upholds Martket's high standards of quality and performance. Your hands-on experience with production machinery will be key to this dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the entire technical development process
• Create and adjust garment patterns accurately
• Operate machines for bonding and lamination
• Construct and evaluate prototypes for performance
• Work cross-functionally to solve technical challenges
Requirements:
• At least 3 years in production apparel development
• Expertise in CAD software, primarily Optitex
• Familiarity with Framis Italia equipment
• Strong grasp of garment construction techniques
• Bilingual in English and Cantonese is a strong asset
