You will be responsible for spearheading packaging initiatives and ensuring quality and sustainability. Collaborating closely with brand and innovation teams, you will manage packaging projects from concept through implementation. This role requires strategic oversight of vendor partnerships and robust project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive development of packaging solutions that enhance the brand

• Define and manage packaging development work streams

• Maintain communication with cross-functional teams for project updates

• Develop packaging testing strategies for quality assurance

• Present findings on emerging packaging technologies

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in packaging development

• Knowledge of beauty or consumer packaged goods industry

• Strong project coordination with multiple stakeholders

• Understanding of packaging regulatory requirements

• Experience with vendor negotiations and sourcing
