As a Solderer 2, your main responsibilities include executing various hand soldering tasks and contributing to the overall quality of electronics assembly. With 1 to 2+ years of experience, you will independently manage complex assemblies and actively resolve any soldering issues that arise. Collaboration with supervisors and quality engineers is essential to uphold production standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete standard soldering tasks to meet quality goals

• Apply IPC standards and consistent practices

• Handle independently complex soldering work

• Communicate soldering or quality issues

• Work towards minimizing rework and waste

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent training

• 1 to 2+ years experience in soldering electronics

• Strong skills in through-hole and SMT soldering

• Good knowledge of IPC standards

• Capable of lifting 40 lbs and adhering to safety protocols
