In this fulfilling role, you'll be engaged in picking and packing orders within a refrigerated setting. Key Responsibilities:
• Efficiently pick and pack food items for meal kits
• Maintain a 99.8% accuracy level in all tasks
• Work in a chilled environment of 4-6°C
• Complete tasks to hit time-based targets
• Follow established food quality and safety guidelines
Requirements:
• Must demonstrate punctuality and reliability
• Capable of standing for 8 hours and lifting up to 30 lbs
• Comfortable in a cold work environment (0–10°C)
• Experience in fast-paced environments is beneficial
• Open to learning and responding to feedback
