In this specialist role, you will operate wave soldering equipment and ensure proper application of soldering materials. You will also engage in cross-training for selective wave operations and participate in quality assurance practices. Your attention to detail and commitment to producing defect-free products will be essential for the team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate wave soldering machines following strict protocols
• Diagnose and resolve production issues effectively
• Assist in post-wave inspection and cleaning
• Communicate with team members regarding quality standards
• Conduct routine maintenance on machinery
Requirements:
• Previous wave soldering experience preferred
• Familiarity with IPC standards is a plus
• High School diploma or equivalent necessary
• Good command of Microsoft Office and other software
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
