As an Assembler I, you are a core member of Arbutus Medical’s production team, responsible for assembling and preparing medical procedure kits that are used directly in patient care. Your work ensures that surgeons, nurses, and emergency room staff receive reliable and precisely built products that help them deliver better care faster.

  • Maintain up-to-date, complete, and compliant production documentation
  • Continuous Improvement & Team Support

  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, ergonomics, tools, and product designs
  • Raise improvement ideas through the proper channels rather than making undocumented changes
  • Support other teams when needed to meet company goals
