As a Production Technician, you will work in a dynamic environment focusing on aquafeed production. This role involves hands-on operational tasks, maintenance checks, and data management. With a schedule of three 12-hour shifts per week, you will play an essential part in Skretting’s mission to provide sustainable nutrition solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Carry out a range of operational tasks effectively
• Inspect production equipment and report maintenance needs
• Maintain accurate records of production activities
• Propose process improvements with supervisors
• Adhere to safety and quality compliance at all times
Requirements:
• At least 2+ years of experience in manufacturing
• Background in aquaculture is a plus
• Skilled in operating complex machinery
• Capable of lifting 5 to 10 kgs occasionally
• Must be flexible for rotating shifts
