Position: Apparel Technical Developer Role

In this hands-on position, you will harness your skills developed over 5-7+ years in technical garment design. You will oversee fit execution, manage detailed tech packs, and engage with vendors to facilitate production readiness. Your ability to balance functionality with design vision will be key in developing performance and lifestyle apparel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the complete apparel development process from concept to production

• Conduct fit sessions and manage necessary approvals

• Facilitate vendor communication for effective garment sampling

• Inspect materials and testing results for quality assurance

• Work with sourcing partners to mitigate construction risks

Requirements:

• 5-7+ years in technical product development

• Expertise in garment construction and fit development

• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and tech pack production

• Experience with overseas factories for garment production

• Degree in Apparel Design or related field or equivalent experience
