What you'll do
- Temper, mold, and finish chocolates to a consistent, high standard
- Prepare ganaches and fillings from our recipes
- Take ownership of your station and keep quality consistent, batch to batch
- Help train and support newer team members as needed
- Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and running smoothly
- Pitch in on packaging and prep during busy periods
What we're looking for
- Some prior chocolate, pastry, or professional kitchen experience
- Solid understanding of tempering and basic confectionery technique
- A sharp eye for detail, texture, and finish
- Comfortable on your feet for a full shift in a working production kitchen
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a small team
Schedule and pay
- Full-time, Tuesday to Saturday, four 10-hour shifts per week
- $22 to $25/hour, depending on experience
- Start date:
late September / early October 2026
