Are you a detail oriented person who likes working in a dynamic team environment?STEMCELL Technologies is looking for a Manufacturing Technician to join our Finished Goods Manufacturing team! As a Manufacturing Technician, Finished Goods, you will play a critical role in completing the manufacturing process by preparing products and materials for our global customers. You will work collaboratively with other groups in Manufacturing and other departments to meet the demands of Canada’s largest biotech company!

Please note that typical working hours are Monday through Friday from 11:00am - 7:00pm PST. Overtime and weekend shifts may be required based on business needs.
Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, guidelines, and diagrams to ensure finished products meet established specifications, quality standards, and tolerance requirements
Handle raw materials, work-in-process materials, finished goods, and facility equipment safely and appropriately to support manufacturing activities
Perform accurate Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)/SAP transactions to document and track manufacturing activities, materials, and production status while ensuring compliance with standardized process controls
Monitor equipment operation and identify process or equipment issues, escalating concerns as required to maintain product quality and production continuity
Support continuous improvement, 5S, and workflow optimization initiatives within the Finished Goods manufacturing area
Knowledge and Qualifications
High school diploma with up to 3 years of experience working in a team-oriented environment; experience with ERP/SAP systems is considered an asset
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and collaborate across teams
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment; experience in manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or food packaging environments is considered an asset
Ability to safely lift 25–30 pounds and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity, physical coordination, and versatility
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and overtime as required
