Position: Part-Time Production Associate Job in Food Manufacturing

As part of our dynamic production team, you will support machine operators and contribute to daily targets. Your responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness, ensuring product quality, and effective communication with team members. You will also fill load tags and help with product transfers in a busy production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Report production issues and maintain safety standards

• Ensure products are packaged and labeled correctly

• Clean and organize workspace after usage

• Assist during meal breaks in other areas

• Stack finished products following company standards

Requirements:

• Must be a high school graduate or equivalent

• Strong communication and organizational abilities

• Capable of lifting weights between 25-60 lbs

• Prior experience in food manufacturing a plus

• Willingness to work shifts, including nights and weekends
