Mantech Enterprises is seeking a Production Technician in North Vancouver to join our dedicated team in assembling paper systems. This exciting position focuses on mechanical assembly and quality assurance, driving continuous process improvements.
In the role of Production Technician, you will be essential in enhancing our assembly line effectiveness. Reporting to the Production Planner, you will interpret technical drawings and specifications while assembling our innovative products. Your contributions to quality control and participation in various shop tasks will help establish best practices, creating an efficient and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic assembly tasks
• Analyze and follow assembly and schematic drawings
• Collaborate on test setups and product evaluation
• Enhance existing assembly processes for better productivity
• Participate in quality control with precision tools
Requirements:
• 2 Year Diploma in a relevant mechanical field
• 3+ years in mechanical assembly, with preferred electrical experience
• Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication and soft skills
• Ability to lift 40 lbs and operate a forklift
