The Evening Production Manager leads production and commissary operations at Lee's Donuts. This full-time, permanent position requires inventory management, staff scheduling, order coordination, and team coaching. You will prepare products and supplies for the following day while keeping the Operations Manager informed.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead teams and oversee accurate, timely production
Manage inventory, ingredients, supplies, and commissary organization
Create staff and production schedules with proper coverage
Coordinate shop orders, pre-orders, and invoicing
Train team members and provide respectful feedback
Requirements:
Previous leadership experience in food production or similar environments
Organization and attention to emerging operational needs
Ability to lead independently during overnight shifts
Calm decision-making when plans change unexpectedly
Reliability and good judgment at 3 a.m.
Bring leadership, scheduling, and production coordination skills to help Lee's Donuts shops open with fresh products each morning.
