We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Worker to join our manufacturing team. This role involves supporting various production processes, operating manufacturing equipment and machines, and ensuring quality standards are met. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments. This position offers an opportunity to develop skills in assembly, equipment operation, and tool usage within a dynamic production setting.

Join our Team

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment, including manufacturing machinery.
• Assist with assembly of products using hand tools and mechanical knowledge.
• Ensure all food handling procedures comply with health and safety regulations.
• Perform routine inspections and quality checks on products to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to promote safety and efficiency.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and mechanical skills to assemble components accurately.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and improve workflow processes.
• Support warehouse functions such as loading, unloading, and moving materials using forklifts or manual handling techniques.
• Follow safety procedures at all times to prevent accidents or injuries during production activities.

• Prior experience in manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse environments is preferred.
• Strong teamwork skills with a willingness to help others as needed.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods during shifts.
• Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations is a plus.
• Knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and mechanical systems is highly desirable.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues.
• Experience operating forklifts is a plus; candidates should be willing to obtain certification if necessary.
• Basic understanding of safety procedures related to manufacturing operations.
