Lead plant operations as a Day Service Centre Supervisor, using employee coaching and safety leadership to support productive shifts.
This supervisor guides employees, addresses relations and attendance matters, and supports operational expectations across plant staff. The work includes safety training, accident prevention, rehabilitation programs, maintenance coordination, and continuous improvement. You will work with the Plant Manager to monitor costs, yield, efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:- Mentor, coach, and guide employees across the shift
- Lead safety training, prevention, and rehabilitation programs
- Coordinate maintenance responses to equipment breakdowns
- Implement continuous improvement practices across end-to-end operations
- Monitor operational costs, yield, efficiency, and quality
- Ability to address employee relations issues
- Ability to manage performance and attendance matters
- Ability to ensure compliance with safety standards
- Ability to follow CHEP procedures and work instructions
- Ability to collaborate with the Plant Manager and maintenance team
