Bilingual Content Marketing Manager
BDO Canada invites applications for the Bilingual Content Marketing Manager role in our Personal Debt Solutions (PDS) business line. This position is based in Burnaby, British Columbia and requires Eastern Standard Time working hours. The role is full‑time.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities- Work closely with the National PDS Marketplace team, the firm’s thought leaders, and external vendors to develop content in support of the firm’s growth strategy, overseeing and contributing to the creative development of TV, radio, and social media campaigns.
- Develop content strategy, execute and measure content marketing campaigns for the full marketing funnel, contribute to the French content creation process and editorial calendar, and use data and analytics to drive content ideation.
- Develop CRM (Email) marketing campaigns and demonstrate knowledge of email marketing fundamentals and platforms, including list segmentation and campaign execution.
- Monitor and analyze SEO performance in collaboration with BDO’s SEO agency, using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Oversee creation of high‑quality, engaging, and SEO‑friendly content across various formats (blog posts, articles, landing pages, whitepapers, case studies, video scripts).
- Outline, research and create a variety of engaging content including website content, blogs, infographics, webinars, podcasts, videos, articles, and white papers.
- Work with external French service providers such as translation agencies and freelance writers, managing translations to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Serve as an editor for digital marketing to ensure consistent tone and voice across content and enforce the BDO network’s corporate visual identity standards.
- Collaborate with the National PDS Marketplace team on optimizing content and supporting initiatives related to national websites and social media channels.
- Apply SEO best practices to content creation to improve search visibility, engagement and organic traffic.
- Create and execute social media campaigns and manage campaign budgets.
- Monitor content performance and produce reports with recommendations for improvement.

- University degree in marketing, journalism, public relations or a related field.
- 4–5 years of related experience, preferably in a B2C environment (professional services industry experience is an asset).
- Bilingual in English and French (required for frequent and complex contact with Quebec and non‑Quebec partners).
- Exceptional writing, proofreading, and editing skills in both official languages.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively at multiple organizational levels.
- Superior organizational skills and attention to detail, balancing competing priorities.
- Experience with a CMS platform.
- Experience with CRM (Email) marketing platforms.
- Strong knowledge of SEO principles and best practices.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Experience using Google Analytics and other analytics platforms.
- Strong knowledge of social media and digital marketing strategies; experience executing paid campaigns on Facebook and Twitter is an asset.
- Experience developing various content types (written content, infographics, webinars, videos).
