Role Overview

The Creator & Customer Sourcing & Outreach Coordinator is the engine that fuels our internal creator community and customer outreach pipelines. You’ll source, identify, and bring high-potential creators into our Tik Tok Shop ecosystem while also managing customer messaging workflows that drive retention, content flow, and GMV.

This role is full-time, North America‑based, and we are hiring a team member to support rapid scaling.

You are part recruiter, part growth operator, part CRM manager — responsible for filling the pipeline, running outreach campaigns, optimizing automations, and providing leadership with visibility into performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source new internal creators daily using Tik Tok Creator Center, Shop analytics, competitor poaching, niche targeting, and automation tools.
  • Execute multi‑channel outreach campaigns (email, Tik Tok DMs, Discord, SMS, automations).
  • Manage creator and customer messaging pipelines, ensuring timely follow‑ups, clean data, and strong engagement.
  • Maintain the creator CRM (e.g., Airtable/Reacher) with accurate outreach stages, response rates, and conversion metrics.
  • Analyze outreach performance — open rates, CTR, conversions, onboarding rates — and optimize messaging cadence and content.
  • Support customer outreach workflows, including sample requests, retention sequences, and follow‑up messaging.
  • Provide weekly pipeline reports to leadership highlighting top‑of‑funnel activity and sourcing goals.
  • Coordinate with Marketing to ensure alignment on creator archetypes, niches, and audience personas.
  • Collaborate with Creator Partnerships & Community teams to ensure smooth handoff from sourcing → onboarding → engagement.
  • Run message testing frameworks to identify high‑converting scripts, hooks, and templates.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Number of qualified creators sourced per week
  • Outreach response rate and conversion to onboarding
  • CRM accuracy, organization, and data hygiene
  • Customer messaging engagement rates (open, click‑through, reply)
  • Creator onboarding speed, activation rate, and early‑stage retention
Success Benchmarks (30–60–90 Days) 30 Days
  • Learn sourcing archetypes, CRM systems, messaging scripts, automations, and workflows.
  • Begin sourcing and outreach independently.
  • Deliver first pipeline report.
60 Days
  • Achieve consistent weekly sourcing targets (ex: 50+ prospects, 10 onboarded).
  • Optimize at least 2 outreach sequences for higher conversion.
  • Improve CRM structure and tracking visibility.
90 Days
  • Become a top‑of‑funnel engine — delivering predictable creator pipelines weekly.
  • Build a scalable sourcing framework aligned with Tik Tok Shop performance goals.
  • Identify new sourcing channels and automation opportunities.
Required

Skills & Qualifications Must‑Have
  • 1–3+ years of experience in outreach, recruiting, creator sourcing, customer engagement, or CRM management
  • Strong communication skills (written + verbal)
  • High attention to detail and comfort with admin‑heavy workflows
  • Experience working with Airtable, Hub Spot, Reacher, or other CRMs
  • Fast execution, high responsiveness, and strong follow‑through
  • Ability to manage dozens of conversations simultaneously
