Category Strategy & Go-to-Market Leadership;
Level: Proficient - Set category vision and lead go-to-market strategy, aligning Product, Sales, and Finance. Govern launches, pricing experiments, and investment decisions to drive sustainable revenue and market share growth
Marketing Organisation Design, Budgeting & Governance;
Level: Advanced - Design and govern the marketing operating model, decision rights, and investment framework. Allocate budgets using ROI-driven rules and establish auditable governance to enable predictable, scalable growth.
Product Marketing & Market Intelligence;
Level: Advanced - Translate customer, market, and competitive insights into positioning, pricing, and go-to-market priorities. Align Product, Sales, and Customer Success to accelerate adoption, win categories, and inform long-term roadmap decisions.
Revenue Engine Alignment & Performance Analytics;
Level: Proficient - Align commercial and product teams around shared goals and metrics. Analyse revenue performance, identify bottlenecks, and guide investment decisions to improve forecast accuracy and profitable growth.
What you will be doing:
Define and execute a global marketing strategy to drive growth and category leadership
Lead brand, product marketing, digital marketing, and communications functions
Partner with the executive team to align marketing objectives with revenue and customer acquisition targets
Own demand generation strategy and execution, delivering measurable pipeline growth
Champion the use of data, analytics, and automation to improve performance and attribution
Build content and communications programs that establish thought leadership in learning technology
Shape pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategies in collaboration with Product and Sales
Hire, develop, and mentor a high-performing marketing team
Present marketing performance, insights, and strategy at the executive and board level
What you must have:
12+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, including 5+ years in senior leadership roles (VP or Head of Marketing)
Proven success driving brand growth and pipeline generation in a global SaaS environment
Deep expertise in demand generation, digital channels, and full-funnel marketing
Strong strategic and analytical skills, with experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets
Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a track record of scaling high-performing teams
Experience operating in fast-paced, growth-stage technology companies
Comfortable working with high autonomy and influencing at executive and board levels
Salary/Rate Range: $180,000 - $250,000
