Visier is looking for a highly motivated marketing specialist to join the team Total Rewards team. This person will support marketing initiatives including; internal communications, messaging, video production, graphics, audience engagement strategies, digital marketing, and product and campaign launch activity with the Total Rewards and Marketing team.

Co-op at Visier is intentionally designed to prepare you for professional success as you work on real, mission-critical work from your first day with us. We are excited to create a dedicated community of dedicated mentors, technical training programs, and work experiences for co-op students.

What you'll be doing...

Write, manage and publish blog posts

Help manage and execute pull marketing plans and campaigns for multiple teams

Develop and execute internal communications

Create, edit, and publish videos to digital properties

Conceptualize, create and design data-driven content

Support creation and execution of marketing materials for sales and field marketing resources

Support content management of key social media channels

Learning and working with event and marketing tools including Splash, Asana, Salesforce, Marketo, Canva, Riverside,Allocadia, and Zoom Webinar

Maintaining event calendars

What you'll bring to the table...

Written and verbal communication skills

Good presentation skills

Project management skills

Working understanding of digital and pull marketing

Working knowledge of blogs and developing an editorial calendar

Graphic design, multimedia, video production, web design, and video editing skills an asset

Knowledge of meltwater, social media platforms, Salesforce, Marketo and Canva is an asset

The base pay range for this position in Canada is $3,000 per month (Pro-rated)

The compensation offered will be determined by factors such as relevant qualifications, experience, knowledge and skills. Many of our positions are eligible for additional types of compensation (e.g., commission plans, bonus, etc.) which our Talent Acquisition team will share with you if you interview for the role.
