Marketing Manager, Community Marketing & Partnerships
About the RoleWe are seeking a Marketing Manager, Community Marketing & Partnerships to lead community-driven growth initiatives across the US and Canada. In this role, you will own community marketing, sponsor ships, and strategic partnerships designed to increase brand awareness, deepen engagement, and drive customer acquisition. Success in this role looks like building scalable programs, strengthening multicultural community reach, and delivering measurable business impact across key markets.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive community marketing strategy for the AMER region, including ambassador programs, event activations, and partnership initiatives.
- Lead regional sponsorship programs, nurturing strong relationships with community partners to expand reach and enhance brand visibility.
- Oversee and scale community marketing and sponsorship programs, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and regional priorities.
- Negotiate partnership terms, expectations, and success metrics with community organizations and sponsorship partners.
- Track, analyze, and report performance metrics, using data to optimize channel effectiveness and guide decision‑making.
- Manage and optimize a multi‑million‑dollar community and sponsorship budget with a focus on ROI and efficiency.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, partnerships, community marketing, and/or business development with end‑to‑end program ownership.
- Proven ability to build, launch, and scale community marketing or partnership programs that drive measurable outcomes (acquisition, engagement, brand lift).
- Experience managing brand partnership programs, including negotiation and execution.
- Strong experience collaborating with multicultural audiences and community-based organizations.
- Demonstrated success managing cross‑functional initiatives with Creative, Analytics, Legal, Finance, and external agencies.
- Experience managing seven‑figure marketing budgets with a data‑driven, ROI‑focused approach.
- Analytical mindset with experience measuring performance and optimizing programs based on insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence presenting to senior leaders.
- Professional working proficiency in Spanish.
- Experience working in high‑growth, consumer‑focused industries.
- Background with ambassador, influencer, or field marketing programs.
- Familiarity with the US and Canadian multicultural community landscape.
