Overview

Social Media Manager

Rumble Wellness Group (Rumble
• Primal
• Tempo)

Rumble Wellness Group is looking for a highly organized, hands-on Social Media Manager to execute and manage the day-to-day social presence across our three growing brands:

  • Rumble Boxing – high energy, community, performance
  • Primal – premium wellness and recovery lifestyle
  • Tempo – high-performance Mega former training

This is an execution-focused role. You will be responsible for planning, creating, posting, and managing content across all brand accounts to ensure a consistent, engaging, and on-brand social presence.

You will work closely with the Head of Brand & Content to bring brand strategy to life and ensure content is delivered consistently and on time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Daily Social Execution (All Brands)
    • Manage and post content across:
      • Instagram
      • Tik Tok
      • Facebook (as applicable)
    • Maintain consistent posting cadence for:
      • Rumble
      • Primal
      • Tempo
    • Schedule content using social tools
    • Ensure all posts align with brand voice and visual standards
  • Content Creation (Hands-On)

    This role requires strong execution skills.

    • Edit short-form video (Reels, Tik Tok)
    • Create simple graphics (Canva or similar)
    • Write captions and calls-to-action
    • Format content for each platform
    • Repurpose existing content into multiple posts

    You do not need to be a full creative director, but you must be comfortable producing content quickly and consistently.

  • Content Planning & Calendar Management
    • Build and maintain a monthly content calendar for all brands
    • Coordinate with:
      • Head of Brand & Content
      • Marketing team
      • Studio teams across cities
    • Align content with business priorities:
      • Membership sales
      • Personal training
      • New launches
      • Promotions
      • Events and partnerships
  • Content Collection & Coordination
    • Request and collect content from studios in:
      • Vancouver
      • Calgary
      • Toronto
    • Provide studios with content guidelines and shot lists
    • Organize and manage content libraries
    • Identify content gaps and proactively source materials
  • Community Management
    • Monitor and respond to:
      • Comments
      • Direct messages
      • Mentions and tags
    • Engage with members, partners, and local communities
    • Escalate leads, complaints, or partnership opportunities when appropriate
  • Performance Tracking
    • Monitor basic social metrics:
      • Engagement
      • Reach
      • Follower growth
    • Provide monthly performance summaries
    • Identify top-performing content and trends
  • What Success Looks Like (First 6–12 Months)
    • Consistent posting across all three brands
    • Clear brand voice and visual consistency
    • Increased engagement and community interaction
    • Reliable content pipeline from all cities
    • Social media supporting key business priorities and launches
    Qualifications

    Experience

    • 2–4 years managing social media accounts
    • Experience in fitness, wellness, lifestyle, hospitality, or retail preferred

    Execution Skills (Required)

    • Short-form video editing (Cap Cut, InShot, or similar)
    • Canva or basic design tools
    • Strong caption writing and platform understanding
    • Experience managing multiple accounts

    Reporting Structure

    Location

    Remote within Canada (Vancouver preferred)

    Occasional travel to key markets may be required.
