The RoleWe’re looking for a Senior Brand Manager to lead and evolve the within
Us® brand across product, marketing, and storytelling.
This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, with accountability for how the brand is defined, expressed, and experienced across every channel. You will shape brand positioning, guide storytelling, and drive consistent brand expression with clarity and emotional resonance across e-commerce, retail, packaging, campaigns, PR, and partnerships.
Working closely with our Senior E-Commerce Marketing Manager
, creative, product, and senior leadership team, you’ll translate brand strategy into clear priorities, strong execution, and scalable processes as the business grows.
This is a role for someone with strong brand instincts, excellent taste, and a sharp strategic mind, someone who can build long-term brand equity while still delivering results in-market.

Us® shows up across platforms, strengthening customer loyalty, commercial performance, and long-term brand equity.
Brand Strategy & Stewardship
- Lead and evolve within
Us® brand positioning, architecture, and messaging framework across all channels - Act as the internal brand steward, ensuring consistency while guiding thoughtful evolution
- Build and refine brand processes and workflows to support alignment, efficiency, and scalability
- Maintain a clear point of view on brand decisions and advocate for quality across every deliverable
- Lead brand campaigns from concept through launch in partnership with creative, social, digital marketing, product, and e-commerce teams
- Develop strong strategic briefs rooted in customer insight, brand objectives, and commercial priorities
- Guide storytelling and creative direction to ensure work feels premium, credible, and emotionally resonant
- Support PR, partnerships, and collaborations by ensuring brand alignment and strong narrative consistency
- Partner with product and innovation teams on product storytelling, naming, claims strategy, and go-to-market narratives
- Ensure clear and compelling communication of product benefits in a way that is accurate, trustworthy, and aligned with brand standards
- Support retail and e-commerce initiatives by ensuring strong brand expression across shelf and site
- Use customer insights, performance data, and market context to inform brand decision
- Track and report on brand health metrics and campaign performance
- Identify opportunities to strengthen brand equity and customer connection across channels
- Manage and develop the brand and creative team, providing clear direction, feedback, and priorities
- Oversee external partners and agencies as needed, ensuring high-quality output and effective collaboration
