Expected Salary Range: $70,177.00 - $87,722.00 - $

The Team

You will be a part of a 70+ member Marketing, CRM & Loyalty group that spans brand, advertising, planning, content, experiential, digital media, marketing technology & creative. Taking an Agile Enterprise approach, we create relevant experiences, touchpoints, and content for our players, drive responsible growth and build our BCLC brand by delivering marketing solutions that capture the attention of our intended audience.

The Role

The Customer Relationship Marketing team at BCLC helps our Agile marketing teams reach the hearts and minds of over four million people in BC with customer relationship marketing strategies that captivate, delight and inspire them in moments that matter to engage in our experiences, play our games, guiding casual customers into loyal players. Reporting to the Manager, CRM Player Development, the Marketing Retention Specialist, CRM will use player data and marketing technology to develop insights, segment players, and develop informed marketing strategies and messaging to orchestrate personalized, relatable touchpoints that drive revenue and positive player experiences through responsible gambling.

What you will accomplish

  • You will use data, analytics engines and CRM technology to develop customer segmentation, build and manage end-to-end customer lifecycle journeys and craft unique marketing campaigns in email, push, SMS and first-party data initiatives in channels we support
  • You will build strong, collaborative relationships with multi-disciplined Marketing Specialists, Planners, Product Managers and Owners, Client Insights Specialists, as well as external stakeholders to develop, execute and measure marketing outcomes
  • You will contribute to the development of an enterprise customer lifecycle strategy, building, monitoring & optimizing multiple campaigns
  • You will proactively resolve player friction points across experiences and channels by developing action plans and scaling their impact
