We’re seeking a motivated and enthusiastic part‑time Event Marketing
Lead to join our team for Summer 2026. This hands‑on role is ideal for someone passionate about events, brand activations, and experiential marketing. This person will assist in executing public‑facing events and activations, gaining firsthand experience in event coordination, logistics, and brand engagement.

• Support the execution of 15 client activations/events throughout the summer (primarily weekends with some week nights required).
• Attend day‑of events to assist with on‑site coordination, setup, management of the team, and teardown.
• Capture behind‑the‑scenes content for social media during activations.
• Assist in post‑event reporting, including photo organization, recaps, and feedback collection.
• Support team with other administrative and marketing tasks as needed.

• Availability to work select weekends and weeknights during Summer 2026.
• Strong interest in event planning, public relations, or marketing.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in fast‑paced environments.
• Reliable transportation to and from event locations (downtown Vancouver).
• Social media savviness is a plus.
