Marketing Manager

Our client, a leading real estate developer in Vancouver, is seeking a confident marketing manager to oversee both corporate and project marketing. This is a pivotal role within an established, highly respected organisation known for delivering landmark communities and long-term masterplan developments.

As the Marketing Manager, you will lead the execution and management of marketing initiatives across all channels, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand presence. You will serve as the brand voice, collaborating closely with internal teams, external consultants, and key stakeholders.

This role requires someone who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, while also nurturing relationships with partner brands and community collaborators. As projects move through the development process, your role will evolve bringing opportunities for career growth and development.

Prior experience with real estate project marketing will be an asset, as part of the role will involve leading the marketing strategy and execution for new developments. You will work closely with the presentation centre team and realtors to support sales efforts.

This role blends strategy, creativity and hands on delivery. The ideal candidate brings initiative, confidence, and a passion for marketing, along with:

• Strong knowledge and interest in the real estate industry - ideally 4 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in design and marketing tools.
• Strong understanding of social and digital marketing including content creation and campaign execution.

The position offers a comprehensive benefits package and eligibility for an annual bonus. The base salary range for this role is $100,000 to $130,000.
